Shipping Information:
Your bows are made to order so the average time before shipping is 3-7 business days. Larger orders will take slightly longer. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless it's a large order. Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $3.00* and includes delivery confirmation. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $5.00* and all other International shipping is a flat rate of $8.00*. If you would like insurance or have your order shipped Priority, email me before paying and I will adjust your total. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged if insurance is not purchased.
To lower shipping costs to you we decided to ship in poly bags instead of using boxes. We have been doing this for some time now and no one has complained of bows/korkers being damaged. Large or wholesale order will be shipped in boxes do to the quantity.
*The flat rate shipping excludes wholesale orders.
